Black Ink Crew’s Dutchess CONFIRMS BREAKUP With Ceaser, Says VH1 Paid For Her Engagement Ring, Ceaser Made Dutchess Put Leases In HER NAME & Made Her Pay HALF The Bills

After Sky posted a snapchat video congratulating Ceaser on his breakup with Dutchess, Dutchess stopped by a North Carolina radio station to clear the air. Dutchess says she gave Ceaser her engagement ring back, while adding the ring was paid for by VH1. Watch her interview below:
