6 current and former employees of NYC’s famous Plaza Hotel are suing, claiming the hotel allows sexual harassment without reproach and are therefore encouraging rape culture.
The women claim they’ve had male employees look up their skirts, make sexual references using food, and grope them in coat closets. They say their complaints to management went ignored.
One manager even forced himself on the same female employee three times in one day before crying, “I don’t understand why you don’t want me?”
