[UPDATE]: The Fort Worth Police Department released a statement after the body cam video was released.
Officer William Martin has been suspended for 10 days without pay and reassigned to another area following the December 7th incident. Officer William plans to appeal these disciplinary actions. Charges against Jacqueline Craig and her daughter were dropped. The neighbor, Itamar Vardi, who choked the 7 year old, has been issued a citation for assault.

Officer Martin should be fired. Not reassigned. Not suspended. Fired for excessive use of force, failing to write a report, failing to arrest the neighbor for the criminal offense, and for charging Brea Hymond for a crime she did not commit.
