According to the divorce docs, Tiny cites their marriage as “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation”. She’s asking for primary custody of their 3 children together, alimony, child support that is “consistent with her standard of living”, and half of all their assets, including property, investments, and retirement accounts. If T.I. chooses to fight for primary custody, Tiny asks that T.I. pay for their divorce attorneys and hire therapists to evaluate the children and parents during the custody battle. Lastly, Tiny asks that T.I. be responsible for any debt acquired by the couple during their marriage. See the divorce documents HERE.
T.I. took a note out of Kobe’s divorce manual, titled “It’s Cheaper to Keep Her” and is trying to stop the divorce. The two spent Christmas together after not speaking for weeks after Tiny’s filing. Sources say trust is a major issue for both of them in their marriage, while T.I. reportedly blames Tiny’s “jealous friends” for pushing her to file for divorce.
Speaking of Tiny’s friends, Tiny’s bestie and hairstylist Shekinah Jo is reportedly getting her own show with Tiny as VH1 will pull the plug on T.I.’s Family Hustle.
