In a sneak peek of the new season of T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle, 19 year old Reginae Carter sits down with her mom, Toya Wright, to boast about her relationship with 27 year old rapper Rashawn “YFN Lucci” Bennett.
As the almost-20 year old brags on Lucci living his best life with her, her mother gets real with her about her relationship, even asking if Reginae is trying to play stepmom to Lucci’s 4 children:
“I don’t like the age difference,” says Toya. “I don’t like the fact that he have 4 kids because I mean, you trying to be stepmom, honey?”
“You know how I feel about that whole rapper thing”, Toya says. “I dated your dad when I was younger than that and there’s a whole lot that comes with that lifestyle. And that’s the last thing I want or any mother want.”
Reginae reminds her mother that her relationship with Lucci Luck is far from what her parents used to share.
