Kiarre criticized organized religion and the public school system, both of which focuses more on teaching obedience than knowledge. They complied Kiarre’s Facebook posts into a court order, says Kiarre in a video uploaded to Facebook, where she reads out the court order. She was charged with “educational neglect” of her 8 and 11 year old children:
They told her they had a court order to take her children. When she asked to see the order, they refused to let her see it, so she refused to hand over her kids. She was arrested for obstruction. Now, she hasn’t seen her kids in three weeks, and they’ve been in a foster institution, says WKBW Buffalo.
Prior to having her kids stolen from her by police, Kiarre stated she’d been continuously harassed by police, who pulled her over, illegally impounded her car and demanded to know where her kids were located.
On January 19, 2017, Kiarre says she was illegally searched and sexually assaulted by police:
“My children and I are still being stalked and harassed. Last night the agent Amanda Bennion followed us with police officers. The officers claimed they were searching me to make sure I didn’t have anything on me. I told them that by law they have to have a female police officer do that. But they proceeded to sexually assault me by pulling my shirt up and pulling my pants down.
I have since tried to contact the police department to find out the names of the officers but they refuse to tell me.
Amanda Bennion can be reached at 716-858-1581
And the officers who sexually assaulted me were from the Cheektowaga police department 716-686-3500”
