Author and documentary filmmaker Tariq Nasheed stopped by The Breakfast Club to discuss relationships, race, and how Black people can overcome White supremacy.
One way, says Nasheed, is to stop supporting politicians who do nothing for Black people, but show them they too can do the Nae Nae (Hillary). Nasheed also spoke on conscious Black artists with careers spanning across decades who mysteriously die after taking ownership in their careers, namely Prince and Michael Jackson. He also says Jay-Z needs to watch his back.
Nasheed also touches on how the U.S. government systematically destroyed generational wealth of the Black community through the use of marriage licenses and why Kevin Gates and ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith are two of the industry’s biggest “coons”. Press play and watch what’s probably the best interview on The Breakfast Club to date.
