Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump stopped by Fox & Friends on Monday to discuss their father’s presidential campaign, his republican opponents, and Black people claiming they would leave the country if Donald Trump became President.
While discussing the attacks republican candidate Marco Rubio has made against their father, Eric Trump says,
“You know, it’s sad to see. We love our father. He’s an amazing guy. He would do such an unbelievable job for this country. He’s an amazing businessman, he’s an amazing negotiator. He’s funding himself, right?”
When asked by FOX host Ainsley Earhardt how they felt about Black celebrities such as Whoopi Goldberg, Rev. Al Sharpton, and Raven-Symone saying they would leave the country if their father became President, Donald Trump, Jr. says “I’ll buy them their airfare! I’ll buy their airfare! I’m more than happy to chip in.”
Eric Trump says the criticism from Black celebrities serve as “the greatest endorsements ever” for their father. Donald Jr. agrees, saying:
“Those are endorsements for Trump. That’s the thing — when you have the establishment people in the debates, and they stack the debates with a thousand people that are all booing, those are votes for us. Because the people in the audience watching at home are like, ‘Wait a minute! He’s saying what I’m thinking.’ I love that. That’s as good an endorsement as we could possibly get.”
