Aside from donating proceeds from his Dabbin Santa Christmas Sweater to purchase a mini van for one family and paying the rent of a disabled veteran, rapper 2 Chainz used more of the reported $2 million he made from the sweater line to purchase a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home for a family of 11.
The Stenson family, which includes 9 children with 2 sets of twins, were living in a 2 bedroom apartment infested with raccoons, squirrels, and rats in the roof. They were also living without heat and facing eviction. The father could no longer provide for his family due to health problems.
Pastor Roberson and First Lady Wanda Roberson of Progression Church in Atlanta assisted the family and provided them with gifts for the holidays. They also started a GoFundMe page for the family. 2 Chainz, whose real name is Tauheed Epps was searching on GoFundMe’s website for people in need and came across this family.
With the help of the church, they located a large enough home and 2 Chainz, along with his Street Execs team and TRU Foundation, bought and fully furnished the home where the family will stay rent free for a year. See NEXT PAGE for the family’s reaction.
