Yesterday afternoon, Future took to twitter to let out frustration regarding the custody over his son with Ciara. His one and a half year old son, whom they call “Baby Future”, seems to have spent more time with Ciara’s boyfriend, Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Russell Wilson, than he has his own father.
Baby Future even spent Christmas with Ciara and Russell, instead of with Future who wanted all of his children with him during the holidays. Ciara even posted pictures of Baby Future with her father Carlton Harris, referring to Carlton as Baby Future’s “father figure”.
Future said on twitter yesterday that he’s paying Ciara $15K/month in child support, yet he still has to go through lawyers to see his son. He also said he’s lost patience with Ciara, whom he calls a “b*tch with control problems”:
This isn’t the first time Future has criticized Ciara publicly over her parenting skills. In an interview with XXL magazine, Future discussed Ciara making decisions for their son without his knowledge or consent. He also felt Ciara acted out of spite by letting Baby Future and Russell Wilson wear matching outfits at public events where she knew paparazzi were going to be.
Ciara has yet to respond publicly, but a source close to the star says she does not receive $15k/month from Future nor has she ever prevented him from seeing their son. The source also says Future uses his situation with Ciara to keep his music prevalent and has told Ciara he hopes she “fails” in everything she does.
As far as using Ciara to promote his music, immediately after his rant on Twitter, Future tweeted about his music, which he calls a “classic”.
