Irene believes someone who was present at the hotel, but not one of her partygoers, is responsible for Kenneka’s death, saying her male friends who attended the party were friends of hers who she always partied with so she doesn’t believe they would’ve hurt Kenneka.
After someone posted Irene’s address online, people popped up at her house and recorded the outside of her home. Irene’s phone number was also released and Irene received phone calls of people mocking Kenneka saying “help me”. The harassment is what lead Irene to go to the police station where she and her family were secretly recorded by a woman at the station.
The live video was also uploaded to Facebook and viewers popped up at the station to harass Irene and her family. Police had to escort Irene’s family away from the station.
Irene also denied reports that she worked at the hotel, saying she worked at a grocery store, that she can no longer go to because people showed up at her job recording her. Her family has received death threats, including her toddler son.
