After 4 months of dating, 7 months of marriage, and a baby on the way, Ed Hartwell has filed for divorce from actress Keshia Knight Pulliam-Hartwell. The two began dating last year and had a surprise wedding on New Years Eve. Just last week, Keshia announced she was pregnant with the couple’s first child, a baby girl.
The 38 year old former NFL player cited inreconcilable differences as the cause of divorce in papers filed early Monday morning at the Fulton County Georgia courthouse:
Though Ed waited til yesterday to end his 7 month marriage, sources say his love for Keyshia fizzled out back in March. The constant bickering back and forth caused Ed to chuck the deuces. The couple didn’t even spend Ed’s May 7th birthday together. Now, Ed is asking for a paternity test for his first daughter with Keshia, who’s due January 2017:
“Right now, the only thing I want is a paternity test for the baby”, Ed told TheYBF.com through his rep.
Oddly enough, the baby’s due date would be around Ed and Keshia’s one year anniversary!

Ed’s ex-wife, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Lisa Wu is somewhere cackling!
On the first episode of the new season of Hollywood Divas, Lisa discussed with friends how she was hurt by Ed and Keshia’s surprise union, as Lisa was the one who introduced them. Lisa and Keshia were industry friends, said Lisa, who introduced them at a party in Atlanta. Lisa also said Ed moved just as fast with her, as the two only dated for 2-3 months before marrying. Their marriage only lasted 4 years.
