In the wake of the new HBO television film Confirmation, which documents the 1991 sexual harassment scandal between Anita Hill and Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, Thomas’s ex girlfriend reveals there may have been some truth to Hill’s accusations.
70 year old retired Federal Prosecutor, Lillian McEwen stopped by Inside Edition to discuss her 7 year relationship with Clarence Thomas prior to his marriage to his current wife Virginia “Ginni” Thomas. According to McEwen, Thomas was very inappropriate with the women he worked with, even recruiting them to have threesomes with the two of them. As far as the Hill vs Thomas case goes, Mc Ewen says neither of them told the full truth.
Watch her interview below:
Back in 2010, McEwen spoke with Larry King on other allegations bought against Thomas by Anita Hill. Hill accused Thomas of talking about pornographic films at the workplace, inviting her to watch the films, and attempting to have a relationship with her outside of work.
According to McEwen, Thomas definitely had an “obession with kinky porn”, saying he loved to watch it and talk about it afterwards:
“It was on that kind of a level. It was something that was very important to him. Something that he talked about. But to me, it was boring, and I was uninterested in it.”
