Former publicist-turned-rapper-turned reality star Hazel E stopped by VladTv and revealed she’s quitting the show she helped start.
The 35 year old aspiring rapper says she was the brains behind Love & Hip Hop Hollywood and was the one who convinced Mona Scott-Young, the reality show franchise’s executive producer, to bring the show to LA. Hazel says in 2013, she heard that Mona was looking for a new location for the show and was strongly considering taking the show to Louisiana or Miami.
Hazel teamed up with LA’s hottest party promoters, Sincere and Miss Diddy, and put together the cast and presented it to Mona in September 2013. The rest was history as in February 2014, they began filming the show.
Though she says she helped create it and doesn’t get credited for it, Hazel is quitting the show because her boyfriend at the time, Katt Williams told her she’s better than being a reality star. Since then, Katt has taken Hazel all over the world, opening up for him during his comedy tour.
His legal troubles led to Hazel ending the relationship, but not before getting pregnant and suffering a miscarriage.
