Considering all that the Jordans have been through, Stevie says the final straw was Joseline’s disrespectful behavior that almost cost him his business relationships with rappers, radio hosts and TV executives.
It all started after Joseline took a picture with rapper Rick Ross, a picture that Stevie felt was inappropriate. In the picture, Joseline helped Ricky Rozay celebrate his 40th birthday at a mansion party in Atlanta. Ross snapped the pic with his hand around Joseline’s waist and his hand appeared too close to her goodies.
Stevie says he felt betrayed by both Joseline and Ross, considering he watched out for Ross’s then-fiance Lira Galore while she visited LA. Galore stayed at Stevie’s LA home and Stevie protected her from male celebrities who tried to take advantage of the young model while she was drunk in a nightclub:
Joseline’s inappropriate behavior with Rick Ross costs Stevie his friendship with the rapper and Stevie still harbors animosity towards Ross since the incident. Stevie also says Joseline has bailed on film and TV projects he set up using his connections in Hollywood, including missing a meeting with Leah Daniels, the sister of Lee Daniels, who assists Lee with the casting for television shows.
Joseline has also missed opportunities to star in TV movies for TV One network and didn’t show up for radio interviews. According to Stevie, Joseline missed interviews with comedian and radio host Rickey Smiley five times!
Stevie says Joseline has gotten a big head since he’s taken her from the “pole to the palace”. He says she thinks their reality show Stevie J & Joseline Go Hollywood is her show, when really she’s just “talent”. Stevie says he’s the executive producer and makes Joseline sound like a disposable cast member.
During another interview with HOT 107.9, Stevie admitted he met up with Joseline after having gone without seeing her for a long time when Joseline got into an altercation with another cast member.
Since ending his relationship with Joseline, Stevie says he’s at peace and has more than a few projects coming up, including opening the Empire Lounge restaurant in Atlanta, working with Faith Evans and Kelly Price on their new albums, and of course, working with Ms. Jackson.
