In a spread and interview with Flaunt Magazine, singer Jhené Aiko and rapper Big Sean play off their chemistry with each other while discussing their joint album to be released this Friday on April 1st.
Inside the feature, Jhené admits to being caught on a date with Big Sean back in May 2012 and later denied they were dating on Twitter after blogs caught wind of their relationship. Their joint album titled Twenty88, is a play on their ages (they’re both 28 years old), and the year they were both born (1988). According to a press release through Tidal, Twenty88 “[tells] the story of the highs and lows of a relationship, with insights into conflict, memories, love, sex, and more and features production from Key Wane, Detail and Tommy Brown”. Both Jhené and Sean added “1/2 of TWENTY88” to their twitter bios.
