Wednesday night, Amber Rose told a crowd of industry who’s-who’s that she’d purchased the Ace of Diamonds strip club, in West Hollywood, CA.
The 33 year old Slut Walk creator made the announcement at Russell Simmons’s All Def Digital Awards:
The true owners clapped back, saying Amber hasn’t dropped one red coin on the gentleman’s club and their suing her for slander.

The owners of AoD — SKWS Enterprises — say Amber hasn’t put a dime into ownership of the club. They say her comment is “unequivocally false” and they haven’t sold to anyone.
They’re suing Amber for slander, and looking for more than a million bucks.
Amber has yet to respond to reports about her fradulant purchase.
