Friend and former mentor to Lamar Odom, rapper Master P has A LOT to say about the people around Lamar. TMZ caught up with the Hip-Hop mogul outside of a grocery store & the rapper went in on Kobe Bryant and the Kardashians.
In a two-part video, Master P calls Kobe Bryant fake for not helping Odom stay with the Los Angeles Lakers. Master P, whose real name is Percy Miller, says Kobe pretty much “owns” the Lakers and if Kobe is really wanted Odom back on the team, Kobe could’ve brought him on. He also says Kobe joining Khloe Kardashian and her family at the hospital with Lamar is a publicity stunt:
Master P also says Odom was blackballed from the NBA after joining reality TV alongside his estranged wife, Khloe. Reality TV was supposed to be Odom’s post-NBA career, says Master P, but it fell through along with his marriage to Khloe. Master P says he believed Odom sought Khloe for that purpose, but ended up falling in love with her. At the end of the video, Master P sends a warning to Khloe’s new boo, Houston Rockets basketball player James Harden:
