Fans of the basketball star felt all along his wife knew more than what she was letting on. She proclaimed her innocence in an interview after his death, saying
“If I knew who did this to Lorenzen, you would know who did this to Lorenzen,” she told WREG in 2010.
Billy Turner was arrested Tuesday and indicted on first-degree murder. The gun police believed was used in the murder was found a month earlier in Walnut, Mississippi lake.
Sherra Wright is also allegedly a suspect (again) and rumors have been swirling that Lorenzen’s wife and mother of his seven children has also been arrested, but no reports support such claims.
As for now, Lorenzen’s family can finally rest assured that justice will be served.
