According to Mimi, Joseline sent Child Protection Services to Mimi’s home. A 90 day investigation was launched by CPS to determine if Eva was safe in Mimi’s custody. CPS also planned to do a forensic exam on Eva, where she’d be physically examined for sexual assault.
Mimi also claimed Joseline paid Mimi’s niece $2,500 to testify against Mimi in court and back up Joseline’s molestation claims.
When CPS couldn’t find evidence of abuse, they contacted Joseline, who hung up the phone when they asked her to prove her claims of abuse.
