Cop FIRED & Called A “COWARD” For REFUSING To Shoot Young Black Man

As Officer Mader continued trying to coerce Williams into dropping his pistol, another cop, Officer Ryan Kuzma, and his partner reportedly pulled up to the scene.

Ronald Williams then started waving his pistol in the air, randomly waving between the officers.

“Within seconds, shots were fired and the last shot fatally wounded Mr. Williams to the head,” Mader said.

The gun Williams was waving was found to be unloaded.

Officer Ryan Kuzma, who fatally shot Williams, was placed on administrative leave, along with Mader and another officer.

Hancock County prosecutors investigated the shooting and later determined it was justified.
A month after the incident, on June 7, 2016, Mader received a termination notice that said he “failed to eliminate a threat” when he didn’t shoot Williams.
